Since its founding in 1971 by senior partners Robert D. Mayer and Frederick J. Glassman, the firm has represented clients and small, famous and infamous, negotiating deals on everything from Amphitheater developments to the sale of Zero vintage aircraft.

Mr. Mayer is veteran business attorney and mediator, and regularly conducts negotiation seminars for students, businesses, trade groups, and other professionals.  He is also the author of three highly-acclaimed books, published in eleven languages.  Mr. Glassman is a seasoned family law attorney with experience handling over 3,000 divorces, and as a mediator and collaborative lawyer is dedicated to helping divorcing couples retain civility and preserve family relationships for the sake of their children.  He is an innovator in negotiation, and the creator of the MediCollab® method of consensual dispute resolution that combines the best aspects of mediation and collaborative law.  Mr. Glassman is also a frequent speaker at legal and business valuation conferences, regularly writes featured articles and legal reviews, and has appeared on numerous television programs.
