Robert D. Mayer is a founding member of Mayer & Glassman Law Corporation and represents clients in the areas of real estate, bankruptcy, business law, and mediation.  Bob received both his business and law degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.  A veteran, "AV" rated lawyer, Bob regularly conducts negotiation and "how to win an argument" seminars and workshops for M.B.A. and law students, various private businesses, trade groups, and professional associations.  The tips, tricks, and tactics presented in his seminars and workshops have been repeatedly tried and tested by him in proving grounds as diverse as off-the-beaten-track African markets and the fast-track boardrooms of Beverly Hills.

On a lighter note, Bob has also interviewed over 200 of the world's masters - the legendary street and bazaar merchants of Bombay, Istanbul, Cairo, and Shanghai - gathering bargaining, haggling, and horse-trading tips and tricks for Americans headed for marketplaces around the world.
